My experience covers senior editorial/production roles and drama development. I have worked extensively on multiple scripted shows produced for the BBC, ITV and CH4. This includes developing, script editing and story producing well over 300 episodes of broadcast content as well as running writer rooms and hosting story conferences. I most recently completed a contract as Producer on six episodes of BBC drama Waterloo Road. In 2023, I was mentored by Lindsay Salt (Director of Drama, BBC) as part of Women in Film and TV and also secured Broadcast Hot Shot in recognition of my work in diversity and championing writing talent.

Prior to joining Waterloo Road, I was the Scripted Development Producer for Lime Pictures where I built a new and diverse slate across all genres and regularly pitched scripts and outlines to commissioners. I have also done a considerable amount of outreach work on writer development and the pitching process. Over the years, I have participated in many shadow schemes and initiatives (including BBC Writers Room) and completed extensive activity with writers, taking them through the trial process and speaking at events such as London Screenwriters Festival, Women in Film and TV and for the RTS.

I have a strong work ethic and passion for editorial and production and am now looking for a new challenge that utilises all of my skillset and knowledge. I would welcome an opportunity to continue to bring new, exciting and diverse writing voices and stories to the table. I thrive as part of a team invested in creating an exciting future for drama production but also absolutely recognise and understand the needs and tastes of an ever-evolving audience in a competitive and high demand space.
