I am a passionate and nurturing team leader with extensive knowledge across all areas of production, from development through to delivery. I have overseen a continuous slate of productions at North One in Birmingham for a number of years, ranging from large teams on fast-paced factual entertainment programmes to extended schedules for specialist factual documentaries, as well as a number of branded content projects and the launch of a new podcast series.

I specialise in complicated health & safety and insurance requirements, international travel to hostile environments, and maintaining high quality programming on tight budgets. I am confident in liaising with broadcasters as well as all managerial departments and pride myself in staffing up well-matched, diverse and experienced production teams. I am extremely proficient on PMI and highly competent in writing budgets.
