Hello, my name is Josh, founder of JoshDoesMovies YT an I am an aspiring VFX Artist who is looking for more portfolio development and experience. I have been producing short form animations and motion tracking development videos and posting them to my YouTube for exposure.

I have recently worked along side young directors across Birmingham, most notably my work in the 60 second short production of 'The Painter' which garnered 3rd place in the Producers Forum 60 second film competition. For this project I was assigned the role of VFX Artist and was tasked with compositing the exposed brain of the lead actress while she was sat in a chair.

During this I produced my own short 60 second short, entitled 'Chased', which was entirely made within 3D software, Blender. In the film, which is from the first person view of the character being chased, the character is chase through a corridor by a monster and is found after receiving an ill timed text on his phone.
