About Me

Melanie recently worked as Supervisor and Prosthetics Lead on a year long job with Disney and FX’s, Say Nothing, a series that vividly portrays the troubles in Northern Ireland, showcasing her talent for authentic period detail and prosthetics. As the Designer for feature film, Bjorn of the Dead, featuring Bjorn Ulvaeus and Bruce Dickinson, she led hair, makeup, and prosthetic designs to enhance its bold aesthetic. Her portfolio also includes creating distinctive looks for Ashley Walters and Richard Armitage in Harlan Coben’s recent Netflix drama ‘Missing You’. She previously collaborated with Dame Vivienne Westwood as Designer for her anti-fracking campaign, supporting environmental activism through creative expression.  As a ScreenSkills “Leader of Tomorrow,” she brings £10k in funding to high-end TV drama productions.
